No. Checkout records the order and reserves the stock. We email you to confirm availability and the final total — including any tier discount or code — and payment happens from that email. No card is charged on this website, and card details typed at checkout are validated in your browser and never stored or transmitted.

Buy 3 pieces and 10% comes off, 4 pieces 15%, 6 pieces 20%. The discount is applied to the confirmed total we email you rather than in the bag, so the bag shows the undiscounted figure. Code A05 takes a further 5% off a first order.

Every product page carries a measurement table in centimetres and inches for all eight sizes. Lay a garment that already fits you flat, measure it, and compare. The size guide explains exactly how.

Screen colour is approximate. Displays are calibrated differently and studio lighting is chosen to flatter, so a shade can read warmer or cooler in person. If a colour is critical, ask us and we will describe it against something familiar.

Yes, and that is the fibre behaving normally rather than a fault. It presses out with a warm iron and softens with every wash. If creasing bothers you, the cotton blends in the range hold their shape better.

Every product page states the fibre composition in percentages — 100% linen, cotton blend, and so on. We do not use words like "premium feel" in place of a number.

Yes. Both need to come back unworn with tags attached. Tell us in the order notes and we will pack them together. See shipping & returns for the conditions.

Cool wash, dry flat or on low heat. High heat is what shrinks linen and cotton and shortens their life. Each product page carries the care note for that specific piece — a few need a mesh bag or a hand wash.
